- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is on a sliding scale based on the number of hours that you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free consultation so that I can meet with you, understand the scope of the job and what your objectives are and work up and create an action plan. I will also be able to quote you a package price for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Past President of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). I am also plugged in on the National level. I have owned and grown my business since 2010. I love what I do every single day!
