- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on menu, skill level, amount of food, and number of people. Pricing includes everything from set up, equipment, ingredients, packaging for private chef gigs, and teaching for cooking lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking for private chef services or cooking classes, we will first have a phone call or in-person meeting to better understand your needs, dietary restrictions, desired flavor profiles, number of people, etc. Once we have our first call, I will send a proposal and sample menus, and then we go from there! I will bring everything we need for the event (with exception for larger dinner parties), you just show up for a good time or a fabulous meal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and graduated with honors with a culinary degree from Auguste Escoffier School Of Culinary Arts.
