I am a Personal Chef that caters to a variety of events. My wife, Chef JBest, is my partner and will often work side by side with me. I have been cooking all of my life, but professionally since 2014. Food is my passion, so it's always done with love and great intent. I am skilled in most cuisines, but I specialize in Cajun/Creole, Southern Soul food, Latin, and Texas style BBQ. I am also skilled in vegetarian, vegan, and alkaline diets.Infused meals are always an option also. If you want great food with great vibes....I'm your guy!

I had a great experience with Chef AJ and his wife JJ. The process of booking was super easy and he was very responsive. Chefs prepared us an amazing meal for 12 people for my husband's 40th birthday party. We had an AirBNB and it was so nice to be able to spend the time with our friends at the party and not have to worry about cooking and cleaning. We were very impressed by how efficient they worked and the table scape was so lovely. The food was AMAZING! We had Cajun pasta and fried chicken. The pasta is unlike anything I've ever had before and we are all craving it again! (Can you ship it to Seattle?) I would highly recommend. The fried chicken was unbelievable and it was the perfect meal for a group that had been drinking all day. Let's just say any leftovers we had did not last the rest of the night. I would definitely book these guys again if we are every back in Scottsdale.

Chef AJ made Christmas Day magical!! His food is delicious! He made a personalized menu that everyone was thrilled about. He took all the stress out of the day. His wife is amazing as well! His beef Wellington is the best I’ve had!! They are super efficient and made it seem easy!

The overall experience was amazing. I used Chef service to surprise my friends on a girls trip and everything exceeded our expectations. Especially the peach cobbler was the highlight of the show along with the greens and yams. I would highly recommend. I would utilize chefs service again when in Arizona. I love the vibes felt like one big family gathering.
