I am a Personal Chef that caters for a variety of events. I have been cooking all of my life, but professionally for about 10 years. Food is my passion so it's always done with love and great intent. I am skilled in most cuisines, but I specialize in Cajun/Creole, Southern Soul food, Latin and Texas style BBQ. I am also skilled in vegetarian, Vegan, and Alkaline diets.Infused meals are always an option also. If you want great food with great vibes....I'm your guy!

We had an incredible experience with AJ for our bachelor party! From start to finish, he made everything so easy for our group. He was super responsive and professional, and he handled time management like a pro. The food was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked shrimp topped steaks, delicious broccoli, a baked potato, creamy mac n cheese, and warm rolls. The chef and his team took care of all the serving, allowing us to relax and enjoy the meal without lifting a finger. They also left the space spotless afterward, which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend him for any event!

Chef AJ was awesome for our bachelor party. Had the appetizers ready right as we got back to the house from playing golf. Everyone in our group decided his Mac and cheese was the best we had ever had. Everything on the plate was 10/10. Would 100% recommend Chef AJ to anyone who is looking.
