- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After moving to the US from New Zealand, I started out working at a few moving companies in Texas three years ago, and found myself really loving it. When I moved to Arizona this was the perfect fit for me as I had a lot of experience in moving and knew I could bring value to people by focusing on providing the best customer service and performing quality work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have helped many different residential and commercial customers move! We have manoeuvred many pieces of furniture through tight hallways and stairwells, having never damaged anything or so-much as dinked a wall. We are very careful when it comes to your home and belongings and take extra precautions to ensure no accidents happen.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking at a companies reviews, always filter it so you can see their lowest rated reviews first. That way you can find out if they’ve ever damaged someone’s belongings before, have rude staff, or any other problems that a trustworthy mover wouldn’t have a history of.
