- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new client would include getting to know one another, so we can be on the same page. Knowing it's important to my clients, I offer a complimentary breakdown of the price, along with a schedule for the day of the wedding- with all booked bridal services. The next step would be to schedule a trial, so we can create that special look the client is looking to achieve on her special day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some advise I would give to customers looking to hire a professional makeup and hair service would be- don't settle for a cheaper end person. As we know, makeup and hair has become more of a trade market, so anyone can pick it up, and pretend they have done it for a long time. Do your research one the products they are using on your skin, especially if your on the sensitive. READ THEIR REVIEWS! can't stress that enough- customers don't lie.
