As a Princeton economics graduate and Notre Dame attorney who grew up in a multicultural family business, I have a passion to serve professionals and business leaders who have a strong work ethic but need fresh perspective and coaching to become more effective and fulfilled at work and at home. Along this journey of self-growth, I act as the loving guide and mirror while we uncover the beliefs and thought patterns that are keeping you from realizing desired outcomes, be it in your relationships, health, work, business, or purpose. The end result is your ability to take purposeful, laser-focused action. It is also a dance toward unconditional self-love and powerful self-awareness to reduce stress and welcome more abundance into your life on a daily basis. My business clients profit from building lasting mental fitness alongside my coaching through a 6 week research-based, world-renowned program by Positive Intelligence. I run workshops on this topic and abundance mindset as well. I love to be outdoors and to surf, run, hike, swim, take walks, savor my time with my family and meet up with friends. Joan reached out to me when I was looking for a life coach. At the time, I felt stagnant and overall depressed with life and my lack of progress. Joan was able to speak with me almost immediately to see if she would be a good fit for me. Over the next 6 months, Joan & I looked into what I could do to regain a feeling of self-worth and optimism that I lost. Joan was very approachable and easy to talk to. I respected her enough not to just “go through the motions” and immediately ignore the lessons from one call to the next. Joan took notes of our calls and would email me summaries of our sessions. Whether it was a mid-week email checking in on me, or messaging me with motivational material, Joan was fully engaged and dedicated to work with me to help me regain confidence, develop a more positive mindset, and speak daily affirmations into existence. While I could only select three highlights, “Work quality” was a definitely another highlight Joan possesses. She does not proclaim to have all the answers (which is kinda refreshing), but she did work hard with me to figure out a proper path in my life in terms of employment, personal growth, and goal achievements.

I reached out to Joan because I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and self-doubt after starting a new job. I have always needed external validation from my boss and coworkers to feel happy and accomplished. It would take me a long time to feel like I could express my full self and speak up at meetings to offer my ideas. I highly recommend Joan Claire as a life coach. Not only has she helped me on a life, spiritual and practical level, but she has also helped me with my health issues. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with clients who are truly committed to lasting change to get different results, usually anywhere between 3 to 12 months depending on the need. I sometimes offer a shorter starter package depending on the circumstances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect on a 20-60 min complimentary call and decide if we're a great fit. You talk, I listen. I reflect back to you what I see and share how I think we can best support you toward your goals. We decide whether we want to set up an additional call or commit to a professional coaching relationship and agreement together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Insight Coach, through a 4 month intense world-renowned coaching program and have 200+ hours of direct coaching experience. I'm also a graduate of Dr. Shirzad Chamine's Positive Intelligence program for coaches and work 1:1 with a world-renowned life coach in Sedona, AZ. I walk the talk and share the many tools I've learned with my clients.
