- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know the cost of goods, materials and labor to make it profitable for us, yet very cost effective for you. A lot of sales people out there like to raise the price and then come down to meet your expectations. We don't. As a consumer i like it when someone is honest and can tell me the actual cost the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free no obligation estimate when it's convenient for our customers. We always inspect the health of the trees, shrubs and irrigation at no cost to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel that my experience is what separates me from most arbor care specialists. Understanding symbiotic relationships between water, soil and pruning is critical to caring for trees specificly here in Arizona. Tree and plant health care is different in other regions with different climate and soil structure so it's important that the arborist's education is specific to this area. After providing 10k residential estimates locally, and performing thousands of tree related services we are confident that we can resolve any concern you may have for the best price.
