- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are typically 2 phases for our jobs. The first is the design when we meet with the customer at their home to gather ideas and plan. The second is the construction phase where our customer's visions become a reality.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A landscaping project doesn't have to be overwhelming. Whether you're redoing an existing yard, or landscaping a brand new build you need to have good communication with your contractor and know that they are looking out for your best interests.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What design features would I get the most out of? What do I want my yard to look like in 5 years and what am I willing to do to maintain it? What is my budget?
