Hello there, my name is Fabian Samaniego and i'm self employed working on growing my business Gino's Home-Works. Gino's Home-Works stand out because every job we do, we make sure we do it with pride. As you can see in my pictures i have done a great job in all my jobs. What I enjoy most about the work i do is that I'm doing it with my heart, and i am there for everyone, I enjoy what i do, it makes me happy to see my clients satisfied. My clients always make me feel great about my work. Gino did a great job with repairing my drywall in the kitchen after having a plumber install a water line for my new fridge. Gino also quickly installed a rod in my closet to allow me to hang my jackets. Gino repositioned my new queen bed and tightened the frame since I decided I wanted a new look for the bedroom. Gino installed curtain rod hardware on two bedroom windows then returned to paint the drywall and area around the installation of the curtain rods to perfect his work. I’m pleased with his work so much that I have rehired him to build my casita behind my home. I feel confident he’ll do a great job on that project as well. Thank you Gino for being such a hard worker and a true journeyman!

Gino responded to my initial project request and he easily envisioned my requirements which were not that easy, he is very skilled and the output will say it all. His work was on par with top interior design companies at a very reasonable cost. My house transformed into a model home with all the work and I am glad I found Gino (Fabian). I am adding more projects with confidence seeing the outcome and value. Definitely would recommend him as he has done at least 4 projects from accent wall designs, island transformation, drywall closure and French door installation. 5 stars without a second thought!

The work with Fabien was excellent. I had Fabien hang a mirror, build a bird feeder and install it. I had Fabien do some caulking and put a handle on a screen door and repair the screen on the door. The quality of the work was outstanding. I had Fabien order me a screen door and I will have him do some painting of tiles in the front yard along with painting the outside light fixtures and mail box. I would highly recommend Fabien to anyone looking for work to be done around their home.

Fabian and his co-worker removed and old door with a 6 inch jamb, and installed a door with a 4.5 inch jamb (which made the work more complicated). They worked efficiently and did a good job, and they were a great value for the job they did (best quote out of 3 that I got). They were very polite/nice, and communicated well. The only negatives were the amount of sawdust left behind (the jamb size conversion required a lot of wood cutting/leveling), and the top hinge was slightly offset from the other two hinges. I would hire them again for similar jobs, and I already expressed the feedback about the top hinge being slightly offset with Fabian, and he was appreciative of the feedback.

No, i do not have a standard pricing system. Everything is based on the project. We service an abudance of things for a home and every projects has a different price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process on working with a new client starts with a greeting. The client and I will meet first and get to know each other more so we can both feel trustworthy and loyal to the new projects that come.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience has came overtime. As i'm working with new projects i am learning new things. School has taught me much. I always enjoyed being in Math class. I always enjoyed working with numbers, calculations, and anything that had to do with business. All my work relates to Math and every second of it i enjoy.
