- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free! Upon receiving an estimate, clients often work with us because of our affordability compared to other contractors! A discount of $100 is also offered at the start of a project for clients who commit to reviewing us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can receive a quote in person, or send a description and get a virtual estimate to help understand if the project is in their budget. An in-person consultation also includes color samples, and a walk-through of our process and what prep work needs to be done. Then, a start date is selected and clients receive a call the day before to confirm readiness. Finally, a completed job package is delivered to clients, including a receipt, details about paints used, our warranty, and a scheduled 30-day courtesy call to check back in if any details/problems need to be addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a decade of hands-on painting experience, and 2 years experience running commercial construction projects. I only interview people that have a high level of experience like me, and I only hire those with the best attitude and attention to detail!
