- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It doesn’t hurt to ask! Since we are new, I want to build my portfolio. So expect the best from us! I am definitely taking discounts until I can get my company going! I charge by the square foot to start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My company is new. I do follow COVID-19 protocols. I will leave it up to the customer to decide how you want to meet. I could meet in person, over the phone, or FaceTime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Education. I follow and learn from the pros in the paint industry. I am a high school history teacher too! So plenty to talk about :)
