Even though it was just a small job, I was very happy with the entire process. Andy responded immediately to my inquiry, gave me a quote and schedule a time to come out to my house. To my surprise he even showed up a few minutes earlier than the time we agreed upon, which impressed me. He was respectful, efficient and very cordial. I will hire him again if I need another paint job.

I used Arizona Desert Rat to paint 2 bedrooms. Andre and I talked about the details via text and he was very responsive. He purchased paint and all supplies. During the painting, Andre and his helper were extremely considerate and professional and the price was very reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It doesn’t hurt to ask! Since we are new, I want to build my portfolio. So expect the best from us! I am definitely taking discounts until I can get my company going! I charge by the square foot to start.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My company is new. I do follow COVID-19 protocols. I will leave it up to the customer to decide how you want to meet. I could meet in person, over the phone, or FaceTime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Education. I follow and learn from the pros in the paint industry. I am a high school history teacher too! So plenty to talk about :)
