We have relied on Suzanne and her crew to watch out after our home and all our stuff since early 2009. She has supervised repairs and deliveries for us when we could not. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates start at $35 per visit and go up from there depending on the location, size of home and tasks that are required. We visit your home as often as you want us to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your home and will sit down with you to discuss the particulars of caring for your home. If you aren't in town and able to meet with me we can do everything by phone, internet and/or mail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been caring for large homes for 29 years.
