- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work within the customers budget, and I allow 10% discount pricing upon referrals on confirmed appointments upon next service booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like good communication with my clients, so we are on the same page & comfortable with each other so we may establish a future business relationship with possible referrals to family, friends, and associates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service field for over 25 years. I have been in the medical field, tax preparer (owning my own business), hotel manager, retail manager, and a manager in the food industry. I have an entrepreneur approach to life, and this is where it has led me to be. Plus, I work with special needs and foster care children. It has always been a goal of mine to help others.
