- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat rate and not hourly to ensure that you pay only when the home is cleaned to your satisfaction and not just because someone was there for a couple of hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you are booked with us, we stay in touch with you till your booking to ensure you're good to go for the clean on the agreed upon date and time. Cleaners do a before clean walkthrough to understand your home and needs. They also do an after-clean walkthrough with you to ensure satisfaction before leaving the home. We will call you to get your feedback before charging you after the clean and we hopefully get the chance to continue to maintain your home for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners require significant professional cleaning experience to work with us and are insured, background checked and licensed.
