Good evening, I am very dissatisfied with the service that I’m receiving. I’ve taken a few pictures to show you some things that were missed. in addition, he is a list of the things that are wrong with the service.
1. the change of the schedule should be Saturday not Sunday
2. requested two people more to clean the house.Receive one.
3. Times it was between 10 and 11. Arrived at 11:15.
4. Discuss a deep cleaning did not receive it.
5. The job should’ve been completed in one day .
At the review and the cleaning of the house, we were no longer need your service. Please send me a bill for the remainder of the balance.

We're sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. Two cleaners were assigned, but one didn’t show up—she no longer works with us. Despite this, our cleaner did her best, and upon final walkthrough, you scheduled a complimentary follow-up clean, which you later canceled. To make it right, we only charged for a partial clean at a heavily discounted rate. We take pride in quality service and have taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
