- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Beause we offer so many services in so many categories, and each job is customized to match your needs, it is a little confusing to try to list our pricing here. However, we strive to be competitive. If we provide you with a customized quote and you find we are not competitive, please let us know! We will do everything we can to earn your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical new client process starts with speaking with and really getting to know our client's needs, wants and expectations. Then, we thoroughly explain what we are going to do and how we're going to accomplish it. In addition, we explain the possible outcomes or problems. Once we do the work, satisfaction is always guaranteed. And, if we tell you we can fix it or clean it and we don't, you don't pay for the time we tried.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Please notice in our profile that we, as business owners, hold a License with the Registrar of Contractors, governed by State of Arizona. This not only insures skill levels of the qualifying and responsible party, but also includes a criminal background check and DPS fingerprinting (which is much stronger than the Thumbtack background checking program). In addition EVERY EMPLOYEE who enters your home has been thoroughly trained to our proprietary exemplary standards, drug screened and has had a 50 State criminal background check, as well. Why is this important? You are allowing not just a company, but individuals into your home, and even after they are done, each will know where you live and what and who are in your home. We feel you should not only get great quality of service; but, you should have peace of mind as to the safety of your family and belongings. Our cleaning crew, handymen and home organizers are very experienced in the areas they are performing and exhibit proficiency on our skills checklist.
