- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are given an advance, if we do arrive and the place is dirtier than stated price may go up. Laundry, oven, fridge cleaning, and pets in the home are additional and should be mentioned to your cleaner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will reach out to book a cleaning, we determine the best type of cleaning needed for the home and level of dirtiness. We then get an estimate written out, collect address, and email address to build client portfolio. We will send invoices through email. We then find a date and time that best fits your needs, we will reach out the day before to confirm appointment, as well as send a text the day of cleaning to let you know when we are on the way! :)
