Lindsey was professional from start to finish on our project. She talked with us on the staging we would like to see and carried it out perfectly. She also brought a number of great ideas so we didn't have to think through all the details. She gave our home the finished look it needed to sell quickly and the comments from everyone that saw it were very complimentary. Lindsey worked for our company (corporate housing) on home designs. She made every apartment look so amazing. From cohesive concept to every detail touches, we got many good reviews from our guests- e.g “great stay. The place truly felt like a home” “The place is amazing. Nice touches!” Etc. Not only her design talent but also her ambition, professionalism, and perfectionism are amazing. 👏🏻 She cares about her clients and projects she has. She will not disappoint you in any way.

Lindsey is amazing, she made the whole process super simple and knows her stuff. She also isn't like any other stager. Her furniture is all very high end and makes the home feel like you are walking through restoration hardware. She is fast, has amazing communication, and is very professional. Her and her team are a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't use any other stager on any other of my properties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer fills out a short questionnaire about their property, ideas and desires. We schedule a consultation and go room to room discussing options, potential and budget for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Home Staging Specialist through IAP Career College.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since a young age, I have had a passion for interiors and decor... and it has always come natural for me. My family has been in real estate for over 35 years and we have collectively owned multiple investment and rental properties as well. My favorite part is always fixing them up and choosing new color schemes, flooring, paint, fixtures and decorative accents. I have also worked as a Listing Coordinator for some of the top real estate agents in Arizona. I know the whole listing process, start to finish, very well.
