- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer fills out a short questionnaire about their property, ideas and desires. We schedule a consultation and go room to room discussing options, potential and budget for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Home Staging Specialist through IAP Career College.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since a young age, I have had a passion for interiors and decor... and it has always come natural for me. My family has been in real estate for over 35 years and we have collectively owned multiple investment and rental properties as well. My favorite part is always fixing them up and choosing new color schemes, flooring, paint, fixtures and decorative accents. I have also worked as a Listing Coordinator for some of the top real estate agents in Arizona. I know the whole listing process, start to finish, very well.
