We hired Fasa to replace 4300 sq ft of tile in our new home due to the grout being mixed incorrectly by the builder. They were very reasonable with their bid (not the lowest we received), and due to the excellent reviews on Thumbtack we proceeded. It was a big project, and they gave reasonable expectations that we feel we're met along the way. With any large project like this small issues will come up, but we believe they were all attended to appropriately. Even after the flooring, which included wide plank LVP, marble, and limestone, was installed and the job completed Juan and MaryLou were available for touchups. For example we had a small leak from behind the toilet in one of the bathrooms, and they came right back out to repair it without charge. They are trustworthy, do good work, and are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

FASA Tile did a kitchen and backsplash for our park model, the installer did a good job on the tile job but while cutting some tike he cut into our new laminate countertop. Two tiny thin 2” cuts. He also was not very aware of keeping our floors clean while going in and outside to use his wet tile cutting machine. Was it a perfect job, no. But the owners of the company came as soon as they were called about it, they offered to do whatever they could do to make it right for us. Even offering to replace the countertop, which would have been crazy expensive. We didn’t want to do that. They gave us our money back and some extra grout. We’re looking at finding something to seal the tiny cuts. I would use this company again due to how professional and honest these people are.

Juan and Mary Lou did a very large job for us. They tiled six rooms, one feature area in our living room and converted a bathtub into a travertine shower. They did the tile work, including tile delivery, installation and cleanup. We got our product at Floor and Decor. Juan and Mary Lou were outstanding. They did great work and were very particular. As in any job, problems occur and they were both good problem solver‘s, are solving the issues to our satisfaction. They got the job completed in the time they expected and were clean and neat. We were very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

I was really worried about having tile put in my house just because I wasn't sure what to expect and now i couldn't be more happy! I feel like im in a whole new house with my new flooring and i was surprised how quickly the installation was, I left my house for a couple days with my family on a trip and came back to a beautifully installed floor, Juan and Marlou made sure I was happy with everything and made the experience smooth and painless!
