FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Charge by the hour so there's no confusion when the bill is made. $125 for the first hour and additional hours are $100 per hour. I only charge 25% mark-up on materials purchased by VR&R (compared to other companies 50%-100% mark-up) and I discuss the material price with the client and the added cost before purchasing materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client and I will first discuss the project and better understand the works then I can come up with an estimate on how long the job will take. I get the confirmation from the client and put them in the schedule. I'm at max 2 weeks booked out. I complete the service call and send the customer an invoice before I leave the jobsite and collect payment. I typically check in with past customers and ask how they are enjoying the work that I performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have close to 15 years of experience in this field working for professionals over the years
