That I’m fair with my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main thing is respond to customers in a timely manner, and to consistently keep in contact w/ work details before and during the job. Lastly, I notify my new customers of my ETA, on the day of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at A#1 for 2 years as an HVAC installer, studied HVAC systems and it’s components and attained my EPA license. I also have 3 years experience working as a residential service tech.
