Paul provided a budgetary quote for an upcoming kitchen remodel. As we just started this process, we didn't know all of the right questions that needed to be addressed. Paul did a great job, leading through the remodel process and asking the right questions. He was more than helpful. He promised to have a quote within two days and he had one done, right on time. When we get closer to doing the actual project, Paul is on the short list to move forward with.

Sadly we weren't able to move forward with the project. My husband and I were able to find someone to do the job cheaper, since we suspected the price was a bit high, and Paul did not like that. It says he has good customer service, but considering our position and what we have, we could not move forward. He didn't take it lightly or with any understanding. I apologized for any inconvenience and was willing to pay for any cost of drive time. I don't understand where I went wrong but I know that customer service doesn't include cussing or misunderstanding.
