Massively overcharged for installing a simple owner provided bathroom countertop only to discover cabinet drawers wouldn’t close. No check to see if build up was needed. Live and learn I guess

Response was good until he got the work. Thereafter responded slowly. Came to install 5:30pm and finished 9pm but some final touches needed. Not done yet. Awaiting the pro to finish the job. Paid full amount. Left over work completed. The crew sent by the pro done excellent job.

He gets the job then you do the leg work came out measurements were wrong,template so the guys had to cut some more of sink then when he gives a time frame his guys don't show,plumber showed sink was ready he doesn't communicate very good I thing his crew should open there own business they were friendly finally got it done but with a jumbo slab cause he didn't do measurements right the 1st time.

Goodafternoon, Carla as we discussed on project. There was more material needed to do your job correctly and you completely understand on the phone also through text message. Far as timing shop ran behind on finish job do to many power. Also I posted pictures of you job that came out perfect and you and your husband said you liked it. I have our text messages and all the stuff to show. Far as customers reading review customer job was complete and perfectly installed. The review was left due to more material needed not the actual final project of job. That came out perfect. Sorry to make sure project got done as you would like. Customer job is the white counters and white and gray tile.
