They did a great job of fixing the garage door but didn’t tell me they were going to charge $240 an hour just for labor. That’s extremely high, and was not aware of that cost. However, they did do a good job of fixing my garage door and giving me options on how to fix it.

Average experience, but high pressure sales. They negoiated a lot to get me to have them perform the work right then, but if I wasn't so stern with wanting to wait an extra day to get more quotes, I would have paid 2x what I ended up paying. Original quote to replace a 2-car garage door spring was $800 without a warranty. I paid $400 with a 5 year warranty, which was probably $100-$150 more than if I waited a day or two but something to be said about getting it taken care of right then. Oh, everythig is subcontracted out, so your expereince will vary.

Great service, price and prompt. Needed to lift the garage door tracks and add side mount opener so I could install a 4 post lift. Evan came up with a solution that brought it with 3 inches of the beam giving me ample space underneath. All work done within a day and competitive pricing. Would return and recommend.
