- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is understanding what the project is and how the customer wants it done to the last detail. Next, a reasonable price and time is figured out between the customer and I. When the day and time comes, I complete the project with every detail the customer mentioned in mind. After I am finished, I meet with the customer and if they are absolutely satisfied with my work, money exchange is communicated and I ask for an excellent review. I then wish them the best and mention that I am here anytime they need another project done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have not had official training, I have had about 3 years of experience completing handy man jobs in Arizona.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been good at working with my hands and after working and gaining experience with some relatives, I have decided to start my own business.
