- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Singh PWM, the process for working with a new customer is designed to provide a clear, structured, and personalized experience: Initial Consultation: A complimentary meeting is offered to understand financial goals, challenges, and overall circumstances. This is an opportunity to ask questions and learn how assistance can be provided. Discovery Phase: After deciding to move forward, a detailed review of financial life is conducted, including cash flow, investments, insurance, taxes, and estate planning, to gain a comprehensive understanding of individual needs. Goal Setting and Diagnosis: Short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals are identified, and the current financial situation is analyzed to uncover opportunities and address potential risks. Customized Plan Development: A tailored financial plan is crafted using the information gathered. This includes strategies for cash flow management, investment allocation, tax efficiency, risk management, and estate planning, all designed to achieve specific goals. Plan Presentation and Implementation: The financial plan is presented, ensuring every recommendation is understood. Once approved, assistance is provided in implementing the strategies, including coordination with existing advisors if needed. Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustments: Financial planning is an ongoing process. Regular reviews ensure the plan remains aligned with life changes, market conditions, and evolving goals.
