- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It does not cost anything for an estimate. All jobs are different so we do like to get eyes on the project first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically begins with an initial message on Thumbtack. From there, we’ll connect either through messaging or a phone call to arrange an on-site estimate with one of our team members. During this visit, we’ll discuss the project’s scope, scheduling, materials, jobsite access, and any other important details to ensure we capture all aspects for an accurate estimate. You can expect a proposal within 24 hours of our visit. Upon your approval, we’ll work closely with you to seamlessly plan our first mobilization, making the entire process as smooth and straightforward as possible
