Agreed to a time the next day. Then he called an hour and a half before the appointment to see if he could come earlier. I was unable to accommodate him due to my schedule. I asked him to confirm he could still make the previously agreed upon time. He confirmed he could. Never showed up. First, "Running a little late". Then asked for a status update. "Sorry about this sir, I'm having trouble with a ceiling fan... I'm headed there soon as I'm done". Never showed up. Don't waste your time with this time waster!
