Triple M responded before any other contractor I contacted. They arrived in about 30 minutes for an emergency call on a Sunday morning. They explained the emergency service fee and referral fee. They fixed the issue within about 45 minutes and then spent time consulting with me on other electrical issues I was having. We had a slight miscommunication about pricing of the reconnection fee but were able to successfully resolve it. Contractor was on-time, professional and I'm definitely considering them for future service. (Attached is a photo of teh mess they straightened out. Originally wired with electrical tape, Triple M straightened everything out for me.)

Was able to install an electrical box for a ceiling fan in our extension room for us where there's very little attic space which would be very difficult for me to work on and connected it to the existing circuit
