- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is Fair and reasonable and aligned to what the Job requires in time, labor and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to intially speak over the phone to get a brief understanding of what the electrical goal(s) are. We go over the job, pricing, and warranties. Secondly I usually do a walk thru of the site to visually see what I'm up against. From there I build a game plan and execute it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Training from RSI, Arizona. This is where I honed my Residential skills.
