What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonable and upfront, no hidden charges. We will do free estimates in home or over phone and we offer discounts for seniors and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will explain my process and request pictures of the job depending if it is a carpet/tile cleaning job and can provide a free estimate over the phone. For Air Ducts pictures are not needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified for Air Duct cleaning through AirCare and also certified for carpet repairs and power stretching. Also IICRC certified for Carpet Cleaning
