I hired Mike to install new keypad locks and rekey an existing lock. Mike was responsive, efficient and so fast! Very professional! I sincerely appreciated the value for money, being on a tight budget. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will definitely hire again when needed!

Mike with Catcus Lock and Key was awesome. I was locked out of my house early in the morning and messaged several people for assistance on Thumbtack. Mike responded back right away and agreed to come out and help me (I woke him up) I am so grateful!! Mike was able to fixed my lock and deadbolt. He was very patient with me as I asked him questions about other locks in my house. I would definitely call on him again and highly recommend his services.

So thankful he was able to come out as quickly as he did, because tge mailbox lock was broken and we couldn't receive any mail until it was fixed. He was able to fix the problem quickly and was prompt and responsive. Would definitely use his services again.

Phillip responded quickly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was proactive in bringing a variety of parts to ensure my lock was fixed with one trip. He did not try to upsell me into purchasing a entire new door handle / lock. Simple quick fix to the lock. A prior company didn't take the time to ask proper questions or look at the issue, just quoted me $525 to replace the entire mechanism. Really appreciated that Cactus Lock took a few minutes to listen to the issue and fix it the simplest way possible even though it was not the most profitable for them. Highly recommend
