- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always calculated per hour. Usually with a minimum of 3 hours. Specials are typically available for Kids and Seniors parties as well as seasonal promotions. Be sure to keep a lookout!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things , First, I want to find out your 'why'. The exact reason why you're celebrating! It's a birthday but what makes this one special? or maybe you celebrate every year and it's another reason to party. Whatever you're 'why' , we want to know so we can make it our best!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a career background in customer service for 17+ years, ranging from face-to-face, telemarketing, administrative and more. The skills I acquire from that are relative to the work I do in DJ. You have to be a people person in this business because once you get beyond the technical details, it's really just you and the customer.
