- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward. The rate includes everything: DJ, speakers, table, cords, microphones, lights. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we are not requiring deposits and we'll refund any payments made if a cancellation is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we're confirmed, we review the event details to ensure your music, and other DJ services, needs will be met. We willingly complete phone calls, text messages, emails, and face-to-face meetings as per your preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With almost 10 yrs in business, we have experience in virtually every type of setting with all types of clients and audiences. DJing is a practice, that we hone and sharpen every chance we get.
