FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors that come into play with pricing. Distance, time, and preparation. Type of setup that is requested. Type of special music preparation the client may request. Special request accommodations outside of the role of the DJ. As a professional and client I offer quality over quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting with clients wherever they feel most comfortable in order to establish what the needs are of the client. It is a great opportunity to answer questions and address any concerns they may have. I provide a written contract that gives my clients the peace of mind that once it is signed by both client and provider, I am bonded to them for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied music in high school in the choir, marching band, and jazz band. I learned the fundamentals of what it is to be a musician. I am familiar with many different genres of music and learned the DJ fundamentals from my father. Being a DJ is like being a vocalist or instrumentalist on a stage.
