- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
contact via email for initial communication, voice for general details to determine scope of work and set up in-person meeting if desired or required. I want to know your events, your formats, if it is an event, or if it is just *just* a party I want to know your format.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
