- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is customized, we don’t believe it is fair to charge a flat rate across the board, some of our menu items cost more than others, some require more labor and some are simple to put together. We believe in fair pricing and to work with everybody’s budget within reason. We believe that we are more on the upscale side, and that’s because we have high standards for the chefs on our team. We aren’t the “cheapest” option. But you’ll get a quality experience from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is setting up a consultation call to see what they are looking for, then based on our conversation we will assign a chef to custom design them a menu. Once we send the menu they make their selections. When selections are made we send a contract and invoice to secure their date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My chefs have either gone to culinary school or have worked in a kitchen for 10+ years.
