- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every job is different and requires a different amounts of materials and work the prices are negotiable and a quote is given after I review and see what needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have an active line of communication with my customers their wants on the job but also have a professional point of view and business with my customers where I am able to work with them on whatever they may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began to learn about constructing waterfalls from my first job when i moved to the United States. From that first job I learned that I truly loved this type of work. And from there I continued to work towards this learning from different companies and most personal research into the matter of constructing these pools. Most of the training I have in this is from watching others doing it and practicing myself. And since the first time I attempted this work I have improved greatly and it is seen greatly in my work how much I have improved.
