- We bill on a per-hour basis - We do not charge for travel or assessment in the greater Phoenix area - We provide a quote total up front before the work begins so that our clients have an option to decline and are not surprised with any unknown fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We will request additional info on the job as needed. - We will schedule an on-site assessment of the job - Our engineer on site will provide an estimate total of the job - Once the customer agrees, the job will commence.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Aside from the school and certification, a passion and curiosity for technology gave me the knowledge to be able to be in this industry. Working for other companies here in the valley, whether in this industry or in another, I felt that we had an issue of businesses losing sight of whats most important. We need to provide a service that is to the upmost satisfaction and resolves that problem from the particular customer and the profits will always come. This mindset of putting "making life easier for our clients" first has drove me to start LMS Networks here in the valley.
