- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates can be found on my website I always discuss cost of replacement parts with a client before ordering a replacement. If for any reason whatsoever I am unable to fix or resolve your issue, I will issue a full refund.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do drop-offs and pick-ups I document broken/cracked/burned/fried components and let my client know as soon as possible via text/call/email, clients preference. Full transparency, always. Next
