- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If given an estimate, it is not guaranteed. Estimate is negotiable. The price named in the estimate is an approximation of the project requirements as described by the client. The actual cost may change if during on-site examination, further clarification, and other concerns may arise and after all of the project elements have been negotiated and finalized. The client will be informed of any changes in cost. If a trip to the store is required for more materials, cost of a $30 trip charge will be added to the total cost of Service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a ton of clarifying questions to ensure that I have a better understanding of the task at hand. This allows me to be more prepared with more specific tools and materials that are needed for the project. It is also super helpful when pictures are included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of roofing. 4 years of multisliding door fabrication. HVAC certified since 2017. lock out tag out certified. 4 years experience as Maintenance technician. 4 years of handyman services.
