At Lincoln Air, we believe in transparent pricing. Our estimates include all fees upfront, and we offer competitive rates for all services. We also provide seasonal discounts and promotions for new installations and maintenance packages. There are no hidden fees, and we work with customers to ensure our services fit within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we start with a consultation to assess their HVAC needs. Our experienced team listens to their concerns and provides a customized solution that fits their home or business. After the consultation, we offer a detailed proposal and are available to answer any questions. Once approved, we schedule the installation or service at a convenient time for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is comprised of certified HVAC technicians with ongoing training in the latest industry advancements. Many of our technicians have certifications from the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) organization, and we ensure they are up-to-date with local and national HVAC codes and best practices.
