- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for repair or replacement can be easy to say, but it can be quite difficult to explain and understand. The reason behind this is that every job is different, some are more complex than others. Some will take hours and others days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we identify the clients needs. Then make suggestions based on that and their budget. In regards to budgets, small or large shouldn't impact comfort and shouldn't add to the stress in needing repair or replacement. We want you to be 100% satisfied and if somethings wrong we'll fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this industry you have to be on your toes, it changes constantly, it's the new era of home automation. We take classes regularly to fulfill the needs of the clients, but if we don't know we won't pretend to.
