Learn the issue, complications they are having with their HVAC equipment. If need be, stop by to get a look of the equipment and issue. sometimes it really is a quick fix and you don't even need to replace the equipment. Answer any and all questions the client might have. Give price. Complete work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field since 2010. I have taken apprenticeship courses and have worked diligently next to a master HVAC mechanic.
