Bad experience with Marlin. Said he’d do my carpet repair, told me how qualified he was, gave me a price, we agreed he do the job, then he backed out and basically just wanted to sell me new carpeting trying to get me to do more and pay more than I wanted. Total waste of my time.

I'm a Certified floor covering specialist in this was a Case of Customer messed up his own Carpets beyond Fixing we as Specialist can Do so Much with the materials we are Givin i Can't be Responsible for something I didn't Do i Gave a A resolution to the problem I was going to purchase him some more carpet to fix the whole area but it was beyond his budget so instead of working out the solution he gives me a bad review and I apologize to him I'm all about integrity in my trade and in my craft there's only so many people in this world you can please some people just you cannot please and I apologize for that
