Service fee of $25 for all of Phoenix metropolitan area. Our pricing for up to 15 stairs, a landing counts as 2 steps is $60. Area rugs for a synthetic rug is .50 cents a sq ft Area rugs for a natural fiber is $1.50 a sq ft Ceramic Tile for a basic steam clean is $30 per 100 sq ft Ceramic Tile and grout cleaning is $60 per 100 sq ft
