Rick showed up at our door at exactly 8:00 AM sharp. Aftyer drief introductions he got to work immediately. He cleand a small section of tile and grout and sealed it to show us what the entire work would look like. Rick moved all the furniture, cleaned the tile and grout and sealed it with an exact match. We've had other companies clean and seal our tile and grout but no one compares to the job Rick did. It actually looks better than when it was new. The two bedroom rugs were cleaned to perfection. I would highly recommend Professional Carpet and Tile for your next cleaning.

Nick came by for an initial quote and gave me a fair quote on cleaning stone floors and carpets. We decided to go with the carpets initially and wait on the floors, and he was totally ok with that. Rick came by 3 days later, on time and professional, and did a great job on the carpets. His attention to detail was great and he went above and beyond.
