Nick was knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. He was at our home 1 hour after we contacted the company to clean our carpet!!!! We are extremely happy with the results and plan to have them out to clean carpet and clean/seal travertine pool deck. Photos are a before (dark/dirty grout) and after. Pictures don’t do the job justice. Better in person. Very friendly, personable. Took pride in their work.
