Tim did a wonderful job initially making contact after I reached out with an inquiry. Appt was booked in less than 24hours. When he arrived he was punctual and professional. The carpets and rugs look and smell great and fully dried later that day. I highly recommend his service and have already talked about scheduling his annual visit for next year.

Before and after pics did such an amazing job in the after picture, the carpet still a little wet cause it just got done two minutes ago super super happy with the results so glad I didn’t have to throw away my white fur rug💖 definitely will hire again and you should to if you want someone who actually cares and takes the time to do things right.

Tim was great! He replied right away, he kept me informed of his arrival time, he was personable and professional, he kept the price as quoted and did not try to upsell me, he took care of my pet stains and the carpet looks great and smells great! I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely have him back again.
