What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to first engage in an initial conversation to understand your basic requirements; additional discussions may or may not be required. We can then work together to come up with an engagement plan to move forward. Many small projects such as initial websites and business plans can be completed within a week after only a single call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Harvard Educated, and have an MBA in Management, and a BA in General Studies. I am a certified information security professional (CISSP), certified cloud security professional (CCSP) and project management professional (PMP).
