- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $100 and goes up depending on size of space and amount of material that needs to be removed from the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with asking questions about the size of the space, requesting photos if necessary to take a look and see what needs to be done. From there, we discuss what needs to be done with the space. At that point, we will discuss pricing and if all is agreed upon we will start work either that day or at another scheduled time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree from ASU, I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years as a manager and then decided to start my own company, Tidy Coops where we started with cleaning chicken coops and have slowly been adding other cleanings services around the house.
